ENTRY INFORMATION
- The wedding must have taken place between 6/1/2023 and 6/1/2024 and at a Central Florida venue in one of the following counties - Orange, Seminole, Polk, Osceola, Lake, Marion, Sumter, Volusia, Brevard.
- Each real wedding can only be entered into ONE venue category.
- Each participant may submit multiple entries; but only one per category (limit of 8 total submissions).
- Up to 15 photograph(s) both landscape and portrait may be submitted online and must be in .JPG format. The resolution size of each image submitted should be less than 4MB*. Photos must be 300dpi. Photographs with any watermarks, writing, or symbols of any kind will be rejected. *Total submissions greater than 60MB will be automatically rejected by the form below.
- Each wedding must list the entire vendor team including company name and email addresses but there is no minimum or maximum amount of vendors on the team.
- At least ONE vendor / venue on the team must be a Wedding Venue Map member.
- By submitting photographs, entrants affirm that they are the sole owner and creator of the images or have expressed permission from the photographer who owns the copyright and grant the contest organizers a non-exclusive, license to use, and display the photographs for promotional purposes on digital and traditional media platforms. Whenever the work is published on our site or social platforms, the photographer will be credited. Failure to publish a credit due to error or oversight shall not be deemed a breach of this condition.
- Entries will be accepted until July 8, 2024 11:59 p.m. ET. After submission, you'll be emailed approval as well as the next steps for voting.
- The public online voting period is from July 12th through July 22nd.
- Winners will be announced in person at The Mappy Awards Celebration on August 22nd.
